Is Aussiepay located in Australia?

Yes. Aussiepay is proudly owned and operated in Australia. Your payroll consultant is based in our head office located in Sydney. Aussiepay has more than 24 years experience and is an innovator and leader in the payroll service industry.

Can Aussiepay pay my PAYG, Payroll Tax ?

Aussiepay can pay your PAYG and Payroll Tax obligations provided there is a TNA in place.

Does Aussiepay have an online Time and Attendance solution?

Yes, Aussiepay has developed it’s own Time & Attendance solution. Known as Synchronise, it has capabilities that include capturing time, interpreting awards and EBA’s and integrate into your payroll. For more information, click here.

What is ESS?

ESS is in reference to Employee Self Service. This will enable an employee access to view their own employee details and edit their address, emergency contacts and bank details. Employees are also able to view leave accruals and payslips. In regards to applying for Leave, this functionality is available within the Leave Management module. Read more about ESS

What is a TNA?

A TNA is a Transaction Negotiation Authority. It can also be known as a TAC, Transaction Activity Cap. A TNA or TAC is a guarantee provided by your bank to all other banks. It guarantees that the client’s bank will honour all payroll related transfers. By Using a TNA or TAC, you will have the comfort of knowing that all requests for payment that are with the parameters for the TNA or TAC will be honoured for payment as cleared funds overnight. This facility is used for employee payments, PAYG and Payroll Tax payments.

Can my employees contact Aussiepay directly to discuss their details?

No. For security and confidentiality reasons only people listed as Authorities can contact Aussiepay. For clients with “Employee Self Service“, employees can access their payslips, leave balances and contact details online through a secure login.

Do I need to send the TFN Declaration to the Australian Tax Office?

No. Aussiepay transmits TFN declaration information to the ATO electronically, so you do not need to complete the employer section of the declaration, or send it to the ATO.  File it in your personnel files.

Does Aussiepay have Employee Self Service and Leave Management?

Yes. Aussiepay has both Employee Self Service (also known as ESS) and Online Leave Management. Providing your employees with access to their information, including payslips online can save you valuable time.  Leave Management has also been built to integrate through to your payroll, making the process automated and easy.
